Stage C - Stoney Crescent Bit
This moon bit is designed to be an easy transition from a snaffle to a leverage bit.
The 4 1/2" shanks are short to promote the introduction of leverage, while the large chain link ported cricket mouth adds a bit of bite across the bars.
The cricket mouth also pacified the potential nervous horse.
